Warranty Policy of Universal Resource Trading LTD

1.2 Used Products: Used or refurbished items carry a 30-day warranty starting from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated.

1.4 Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

•Consumable parts such as belts, foot straps, upholstery, and grips.

•Environmental damage (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity).

•Wear and tear from normal usage.

2. Warranty Claim Process

2.1 Reporting: To make a warranty claim, contact Universal Resource Trading LTD at info@universalresourcetradingltd.co.uk , providing:

•Product details (brand, model, and serial number).

•Proof of purchase.

•A description of the issue, including photos or videos if applicable.

2.2 Inspection and Repair:

•Universal Resource Trading LTD may request an on-site inspection, part replacement, or the return of the product to our facility.

•If a repair is required, Universal Resource Trading LTD will repair or replace the defective product at no cost, provided the issue falls under warranty coverage.

2.3 Shipping Costs:

•Within the warranty period, shipping costs for repairs or replacements are covered by Universal Resource Trading LTD for items within UK

•For items outside South Africa, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

3. Warranty Limitations

3.1 Non-Transferable: Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

3.2 Modification or Tampering: Warranty becomes void if the product is tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

3.3 Routine Maintenance: Customers are responsible for regular maintenance as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Failure to follow maintenance instructions may void the warranty.

4. Extended Warranty

Extended warranty options may be available for certain products. Please inquire at the time of purchase for additional coverage details.

5. No Guarantee of Compatibility
